🌑 Tamasic Food – Heavy, Dull & Toxic

  • Promotes lethargy, confusion, and spiritual ignorance
  • Often stale, processed, or difficult to digest
  • Examples: Alcohol, meat, fish, eggs, frozen or microwaved food, fried snacks, mushrooms, excessive coffee or tea, drugs
